Winter is behind us. Before us lies the promise of spring.
The land is waking. New growth pushes through the thawing earth. Fresh blossoms open. Green grass returns. The scent of spring flowers drifts on the wind. Everything around us is beginning again.
In the old traditions, this is the season of the Maiden. She walks the land with fresh, young eyes, awakening all that she touches. Alongside her runs the wild energy of the forest, full of life and movement.
These are energies we can bring into our own lives and work.
The first is fresh vision. The ability to look at what we do as if for the first time. To see possibilities we missed while we were busy getting through winter.
The second is the courage to act. To take an idea that has been resting quietly and give it room to run.
So take a moment this week. Sit somewhere you can see something growing. And ask yourself:
What ideas have been waiting through the winter?
What wants to grow in my life or work this summer?
What small step can I take now to give it light?
The seeds we plant in spring shape what we harvest in summer. They don't need to be big. They just need to be planted.
Spring is here. Let's greet it with fresh eyes, open hands, and a willingness to blossom.
Are you willing to blossom? Try the course?
